VPython installation files

• http://www.vpython.org/win_download.html - (Here are Python 2.4 files which I have not yet adopted)
• Local copies: first, Python-2.3.4.exe; then, VPython-2003-10-05b.exe
  IMPORTANT: You must install Python before installing VPython. IMPORTANT: Let Python install into its default location (C:\Python23), not into Program Files. Problems have been reported when Python was installed into Program Files.
